Refund/Cancellation Policy
For items that we ship to you. For Subscription Items. We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. Contact information.
If your order has already been shipped, and it is one of our book products, you can return the book(s) to us (at your expense) for a full refund
of the purchase price, including shipping. Books must be in unused/resaleable condition to receive a full refund.
If your order is a CD software product (CDSpecs), you can return the CD if the seal on the CD sleeve is unbroken. You cannot return software
that has a broken seal. A full refund of the pruchase price, including shipping, will be issued if the software
has not been installed, as indicated by the unbroken CD sleeve seal.
In all cases, you must contact us at CustomerService@Alignmentspecs.com to request the refund
NOTICE: You can see every vehicle model in our database before you subscribe by clicking on the red "Try a FREE Demo" button on
our home page and on our eSpecs product page. No refunds will be issued for "missing models".
